Some Products I Love

Here is my first product I am loving right now. This has so helped Mckenzee stay in her bed and get to sleep. We only bring it out at night. She doesn't get to play with it. It is a special bedtime thing and she calls it her "stars." She has not gotten out of bed since we got it. She usually will call for us one time and Chris goes in there and says some magic words and we don't hear another peep out of her. The turtle projects stars and the moon on the ceiling and walls. It looks so cool in her room at night. Below I pasted its info from the website. They also have a sea turtle and a ladybug. This would still be super cool even if you don't have kids for a grown up room....seriously.

Twilight Turtles shell illuminates like a nightlight to help ease children's fear of the dark. This interactive and educational toy includes eight actual constellation embedded in the star pattern. Parents can sit with their children and identify these major constellations using the wonderfully illustrated Twilight Turtle Star Guide. Twilight Turtle helps make bedtime fun for children of all ages.

Next, the Airwick Freshmatic Ultra. Our kitchen trashcan is stinky. We keep it just inside the laundry room, but it makes my laundry room stink and that should be a very nice smelling place. So, I broke down and bought one of these things and I am very happy with it. It sits on my shelf right above the trashcan. I didn't want to spend the money on it, but I didn't want a plug in because those make me nervous that they will catch on fire and we keep our dog in the laundry room when we are gone.

The thing sprays by itself every 9, 18, or 36 minutes and lasts for 2 months on the longest setting. It comes with batteries. The refill cans are $6.

The Britax Boulevard

I am crazy about this carseat. We have had Mckenzee in it for a year now. It can stay rear facing up to 33 pounds and forward facing to 65 pounds so she will probably never need another one...that is if she runs away from home because her mother will probably be picking her up from junior high and making her wear a 5 point harness home.

It is so sturdy and installs so tight. It is equipped with LATCH. It has True Side Impact Protection with EPS foam. When she falls asleep in it her head doesn't hang because she can rest it on the head wing thing. The straps do not get all twisty and tangly. I have washed it once in the washing machine and it wasn't so bad. The main part is just a big stretchy thing and comes off in one piece. It is very comfy and easy to adjust and gets amazing reviews. It does take up a lot of space, but I could still fit three of them side by side in an SUV.

The Flipper Toothbrush Holder

So cool! This sticks to your bathrrom mirror. This little puppy's arms open up to hold your child's toothbrush. You can open it with one finger and close it just by pushing the tootbrush in it. The mouth part of the toothbrush always stays germ free...especially from flushing potties by little ones that don't close the lid first. It has vents on the side so the toothbrush can dry. The have a hundred different kinds we just chose a puppy. They have adult ones too that I want to get for Chris and I.
