I like this song:
If I could make a livin' outta lovin' you
I'd be a millionaire in a week or two
I'd be doin' what I love and lovin' what I do
If I could make a livin' outta lovin' you.
I don't want Chris to go to work............EVER!
I am so thankful he gets such nice breaks from his job. I got to have him for a week at Thanksgiving and still going on two weeks for Christmas and New Year's. Things are so much easier with him home. I told my doctor I need a note for him to stay home. Maybe it's because....well no, for sure it is....I am extra emotional about it this year because I am about to have a baby, but I just wish he could be here all the time. Connie start kicking my butt hard to get busy on writing with you.

Update
We had such a fun Christmas. I loved watching Mckenzee open her presents. Santa brought her a kitchen and she loves it. Chris did a great job on my gifts....everything I wanted. I surprised him with an iphone....that he can't really have until February when our cell phone contract runs out and my parents got us a new video camera that's way cool. I will post about Christmas soon, but I can't allow myself to do so until I post these two things:
- The last post of San Antonio....I know forever old, but I want it for my record
- Our week of Thanksgiving
I don't think I will make this family blog private afterall, but I will make the baby riley one private so you may be getting an e-mail about that soon. I haven't done it yet out of pure laziness. We have one more family Christmas to go to today. It is my dad's side of the family. I better be on my "A" game for that. It's fierce. So many games!

First Day of Dance Class
Today Mckenzee went to her trial dance class. She did pretty well and had a great time. I tried and tried to get a good picture of her and finally bribed her with a dollar. That's why she has a dollar in this picture. The other pictures I took are a little blurry and I just could not figure out why and then after we left it dawned on me that my lens might be dirty and sure enough...all smudged. I may be able to improve them in photshop a little.

Mckenzee's First Performance!
Mckenzee made her first stage appearance on Friday night. She has been going to a music and movement class, once a week, since the summer, called Wiggles 'N Tunes. We love it. The kids are 2-4 year olds and the class is 30 minutes long. They get to dance and play instruments. They learn hand movements to songs and the teacher teaches them about tempo and rhythm patterns. Mckenzee has had so much fun going and it has also been a great prerequisite for dance class. Friday night the class performed at the lighting of the Christmas tree here in town. Each child had a colored bell and they were to ring it when they saw their color on the card the teacher was holding up and they held it quiet against their chest when their color was not up. There was background music playing during this. At first I thought the kids would not be able to get it, but they did so well. We were so proud of our little bell ringer! We did take a video of the performance, but it is too large of a file for me to post it so you just get pictures.

Chris' Christmas Party
I have SOOOO much blogging to do to catch up, but for now here's this. This is the picture my mom took before we went to Chris' work party. We had a good time. We played Texas Hold 'Em most of the night and won around $85,000...fake money of course. We got to turn our money in for tickets for prizes and we got 17 tickets, but we didn't win anything. we had a good time though. The food was good and I met a lot of people Chris worked with. It was a nice party.

So Thankful
I have so much blogging to do and lots of pictures from this week. We have LOVED having Daddy home all week. I just thought I would post a list of some things I am thankful for this holiday season.
- Our loving Heavenly Father who takes care of all of our needs
- My sweet husband who loves me so much and does so much for our family
- Our beautiful little girl who puts a smile on my face every day
- Our wiggly baby boy who I can't wait to meet
- My parents who set a great example for me and are fun to be around
- My sister who always makes me laugh and listens to my craziness
- Our chihuahua, Macy
- Our home
- Our car
- Being able to stay home with my babies
- Chris' job and that it is so close to home
- Wonderful friends who are always there for me
- A large extended family
- Our freedom
I could go on and on, but there's just a few. We are so blessed and have so much to be grateful for. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. You are a blessing to me!

San Antonio Vacation-Friday Part 3-Roller Coasters
Chris rode The Great White and the Steel Eel. He took videos while ON both rollercoasters. I know, crazy, but they are really cool. We have insurance on our camera so I was able to allow this. I can't make it all the way through watching them because it makes me sick. Actually riding a roller coaster to me is a lot different than watching someone else ride one. If you can stomach it knock yourself out. They are great videos. I captured Chris on one of the roller coasters. He is in all three of the first three pictures, but I just circled him in the close-up. I think he rode the Great White 3 or 4 times. On Friday it was not busy at all...you could walk right on....and he did that for a little bit while Mckenzee and I played games.

Happy Halloween!
She let us dress her up AND put make-up on her AND she wore her wings. What a great night! She was not too interested in the pumpkin insides, but liked watching her Daddy do it. I can't blame the girl. I don't like pumpkin insides myself. She had fun trick or treating at the few houses we went to and liked eating "sussers" (suckers). She really liked it when the kids came to our house too and said "kids, kids!" We had fun with her tonight. She was a cutie and even went to bed by 9:30....not too bad. I must add that her gorgeous costume was only $5 and brand new. Thank you sister for pulling it for me from the costume sale at the studio!

A Little Conversation I had with Mckenzee Today
Kenzee: bru-er go?
Momma: brother's in Momma's tummy, he'll come out after Christmas.
Kenzee: m' out bru-er......m' out now!

San Antonio Vacation- Friday Part 2-Whales
Next, we went to the Shamu Show. The first picture here is of Kenzee waiting to see the whales. We were sitting in the splash zone, but after we saw the first set of people get splashed we high-tailed it out of there. You didn't just get splashed you got completely soaked. That would have been okay in the middle of the summer, but we didn't want to walk around wet the rest of the afternoon. Kenzee will tell you "whale spash me" but he didn't. We watched the splashing from way up in the stands. She liked the show very much.
