San Antonio Vacation- Friday Part 1-Dolphins

Friday was the first day we visited Sea World. Mckenzee was very much looking forward to seeing the whale. We decided to rent a stroller which worked out nice. Out of character for me you say? I lysoled the whole thing and added a quilt that we brought which ended up being great when she fell asleep. This day started out a little chilly, but warmed up nice.

We started the day with the dolphin and beluga whale show. It was cute. I like dolphins. All the dolphins and whales we saw just seemed to act like big dogs to me. They loved on the trainers and begged for treats.

Although Mckenzee was intent on this show, for the most part, she did turn to her Daddy at one point with her hands out and asked, "da whales?" That was all she cared about at Sea World was seeing the whales. She still tells me every time we get in the car that she wants to see the whales.

Here is a video clip of the dolphins and the next clip is of the crazy jumping divers that made me nervous and I did not enjoy watching.

After the show we went to the dolphin feeding tank and that was a lot of fun. They are just so cute and friendly. I wish I had been braver about petting them. I touched one for just a second and it was very smooth. Chris was right at home. I don't think I got us feeding them on the video. It is just of them swimming if I remember correctly. Mckenzee liked seeing them, but they made her a little bit nervous.

Chris is such a big kid like Justin. I love the part in the video when the lady tells you to tell Chris to back up...like you're his mother. This is totally something that would have happened to Justin.

Your vedios and pics are great!

I should clarify that woman in the video....not that Chris doesn't act like a big kid sometimes, but that woman was telling the lady next to me to move her son back (because the rule is you have to be on your belly hanging over and not in a sitting position) and at the same time she took my fish trash for me and I told her thank you and then panned back to Chris and Kenzee and it made it look like she and I were having that conversation instead of her having it with someone else.
No way you could have known all that went down though.
